The company is known as an essential contributor to Australia's ocean engineering capability, especially in the field of underwater vehicles and systems.
The AIC assisted ATSA through its TechFast Program to secure intellectual property from the Australian National University (ANU) for miniature Autonomous Underwater Vehicles (AUV). With the assistance of the AIC’s TechFast Program, ATSA signed a technology transfer agreement with the ANU and is currently undertaking the transfer of IP related to the Mark II SeaSwarm.
