B&C Plastics

B&C Plastics is an independent, Australian owned company established in 1987, in Queensland. It is an experienced and innovative product design and development company with proven record in plastic injection moulding and tool making. B&C Plastics has helped numerous companies take their idea from concept through to manufacture.

B&C Plastics was seeking to grow its company through development and commercialisation of their own products when it engaged AIC to help them in this process. AIC provided innovation coaching to the company under the Queensland government’s Q-WIN (Queensland Wide Innovation Network) program. As a result of the program, B&C Plastics managed to transform its business model from being focused only on one revenue stream to four revenue streams, it also formed a strategic relationship with a leading industrial design house to jointly develop products and develop new business tools and processes.
