The AIC recently completed its annual Customer Satisfaction Survey with results gathered offering positive insights and testimonials. We also sought feedback into the benefits of some core AIC offerings


Satisfaction, recommendations and professionalism...

  • All AIC clients were satisfied with the AIC's services
  • 95% of AIC clients are likely to refer the AIC to other individuals and organisations
  • 83% of AIC clients believe our level of professionalism was above their expectations
