Established more than 60 years ago Fyna Foods has become one of Australia’s leading confectionery manufacturers. Enjoying growing sales of their product Metre of Licorice, Fyna Foods lacked production capacity to support the growing demand.
The company engaged AIC to generate the project brief that would guide the design of a new licorice rolling machine. With the help of the AIC Fyna Foods has been able to increase hourly production of licorice rolls by 40% and the company was nominated for Premier Regional Business Awards under the categories of Service Excellence, Export and Innovation.
