GroundProbe
GroundProbe was formed in 2001 as a spin-off from The University of Queensland. It was founded by the Australian Commonwealth and the Queensland State Government as well as a number of local companies.
GroundProbe invented the first system that provides continuous sub-millimeter measurements of rock wall movements across the entire face of a wall (Slope Stability Radar (SSR)). The system delivers significant benefits as a result of improved geotechnical risk management. SSR systems are currently installed in various locations across the globe.
