Eye On Bryce Steele
Bryce is an experienced business manager and advisor. He has strategic and operational experience, expertise in the provision of innovation and commercialisation advice, and a background in Project Management. As a management consultant with British Rail, Bryce was previously involved in management of organisational change projects leading to the eventual privatisation of the retail business.
Bryce holds a Master of Entrepreneurship & Innovation, a Certificate in Effective Management and a Bachelor of Building.
Most recently Bryce held a senior management and project management role as part of a structural steel contracting business. He contributed to the successful completion of major contracts for the Eastlink toll road and the RAAF. He also assisted the business in areas of production management, marketing and sales.
In 2006 Bryce was hired by the Commonwealth Games to project manage the construction and dismantling of the public area infrastructure around the sporting and entertainment venues.
Bryce has operated three of his own businesses. The most recent was a business coaching and commercialisation advisory practice, with engagements in areas such as software and website development, building products, web based performance recognition/reward systems, metal detection, and interactive virtual sports games. Prior to this he operated his own project management consultancy, providing services to the building industry. He has also sold products in the motorsport industry.
Bryce is a Past President of VentureLink Network, a network of entrepreneurs, innovators, advisors and investors, with the mission of Advancing Entrepreneurship.
