AIC and BCA Announce Australian Innovation Policy Recommendations

AIC and BCA Announce Australian Innovation Policy Recommendations

The Business Council of Australia has collaborated with a number of stakeholders, including the AIC, to articulate some key recommendations to improve the innovation environment in Australia.

Late last year it identified five priorities as key ‘pointers’ to the creation of a comprehensive National Innovation Framework for Australia. The AIC wholeheartedly supports these priorities. Within the BCA’s overall framework, the AIC is also advocating ten specific actions, or milestones, that we feel are immediate steps that governments can lead with stakeholders.

Over the course of the next year, the AIC will develop more detailed policy documents about these milestones and what is needed to achieve them.
