Michelle Critchley

Innovation Collaboration Consultant Victoria

 

Dr Michelle Critchley was previously with NanoVentures Australia Ltd and led the commercialisation activities for the Interstitial NanoSystems drug delivery venture. Michelle also worked with Nanotechnology Victoria Ltd on nanotechnology related projects in diagnostics and materials applications.  Michelle managed several major collaborative projects including the Transdermal Delivery Project on novel drug and vaccine delivery mechanisms, the Nanoparticle Diagnostics Project and the CleanFutures joint venture.  She was responsible for the management of  the NanoVentures intellectual property portfolio. Michelle also contributed to NanoVic’s educational activities and to initiatives with NanoSafe Australia.

Michelle was previously a Research Scientist with CSIRO Materials Science and Engineering undertaking research across a variety of client industries including biotechnology, aerospace, food safety, biosensor development and antimicrobials. Michelle has a PhD from Flinders University and a Masters in Intellectual Property Law.
